Plant pot

a new way of arranging interior greenery, 2019

Window flowerpot introduce a new way of arranging interior greenery. It gives a user new possibilities of decorating their homes. They can not only put pots in the typical places like windowsill but on the window glass as well. Thanks to the suction pads located on the back part of the pot, the project opens up new potential for a new dimension of expanding greenery indoors. The user can easily attach the flowerpot to the window glass, which is not possible in the standard solutions.

The flowerpot contains two parts construction, which helps to keep the plants in the proper conditions all the time. The top part, easily removable, is dedicated for a soil, while the bottom one is mostly used for watering. Thanks to that solution taking care of the plant may be much easier.

During my stay at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava I had an enormous chance to level up my 3D modeling and prototyping skills. Once I finished the model in 3D software I was able to 3D print my design work and check it on the window’s glass.

The work has been shown during semester exhibition at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava.
