Jallyfish Lamp

object with many possibilities, 2016

The most interesting things are these ones which a user can arrange by himself and the Jellyfish Lamp makes this possible. Thanks to innovative ideas normal object becomes special and unique.

Leaves from polypropylene enable to attach them to the main pole. That gives an user option of designing his own space according to his needs. Jellyfish Lamp can become great source of light perfect for work or reading or dim and atmospheric. The source of the light can be slide up and down. That makes object able to look different every day, depending of the owners mood.

Polypropylene leaves are perfect for rearranging and are easy to attach. Pole made from aluminium has many purposes. First of all it holds up source of light with can be slide up and down. Second function is being base for attaching screens. The last one is to hide inside cable in braid - that makes us able to move source of light. Wooden basis makes lamp perfectly stable and implement natural materials.

During the semester in the same studio were working also two other students. We decided to work together and came up with common style, materials and designed set of lamps for different purpose.
